On February 14, 1998, this page was revised as an introductory page for the two photograph categories on this web site. On that date, I added Plants and Flowers to the Photographs pages and divided the section into two separate pages. I used to say I was not interested in painting flowers - my main interest has been animals and portraits. But, since I have started learning to paint with lusters in earnest, I find that I enjoy flowers as a subject for this media. The Plants and Flowers page initially has only two varieties of flowers, Iris and Hibiscus. I hope to add more flower photographs to the page in the near future.
